I bet you have never seen anything like this before! I still can believe it! I thought Mowatches.com is a good site with quality replica watches but apparently I was wrong. I ordered two copy watches from them and I received only one watch and, of course, it's was broken. They've been very helpful but nothing compares with the disappointment you fell when you see a watch like this.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
No, they are not good! I bought an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch and an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. I only receive the second watch and as soon as I opened the box, I knew there's something wrong with it. As soon as I took it out of the box, the bezel felt off.
The Site: Usability and Design
The site looks professional, that's what caught my eyes in the first place. It's pretty easy to find the watch you're looking for and the ordering process when smooth in my case. The photos of the watches are real but unfortunately they are too small and you cannot see the details. Another thing that I found annoying was that I couldn't buy just the watch, I had to buy an “original box” for an additionally $50.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They've been helpful before and after I purchased my watch. My impression is that they know how bad their watches are and they are trying to make it up to you with a good return policy and customer services.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
You have two options. You can either get free shipping but you have to wait 8 to 14 business days to receive the watch or pay $15 (my case) and get the watch in 10 business days.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
It's a bit difficult to find the policy on their site but once you'll read it, you'll find it reasonable. You have 8 days to return their copy watches and you can also exchange them. I was able to return my broken Omega replica watches without any fuss and now I'm waiting for my refund.
The Bottom Line
This is one of the replica watches site with a lot of potential but since their copy watches are so bad, I suggest you not to try them yet. Maybe in a few months they will improve their collection. Anyways, I'll keep you up to date.
